The apartment is located right next to the beaches (Lido San Giovanni beach 2 minutes walk and Maria Pia beach about 400 meters away), in a very quiet area, in an excellent position with respect to the main services required such as: supermarkets, train station, bus stops, various shops, pizzerias, restaurants, bars, pine forest for walks in the open air and cycle path that takes you to the Calabona hill or to the beautiful beaches (Bombarde, Lazzaretto, Mugoni etc.) also reachable with the convenient beach bus service. Also PADEL courts, sports fields, bakeries, hairdressers, weekly market on Wednesdays, local fruit and vegetable stall and much more useful for a very comfortable holiday..... Historic center reachable with a few minutes walk, all facing the sea in the famous nightlife of Alghero, or, alternatively, by car or bicycle on the cycle path. Not negligible parking both inside the condominium (with limited availability in the month of August) and in all the streets adjacent to the apartment (free, free).
